1. Because Conroys reuse their packing boxes on multiple jobs, sometimes there was confusion as to which items were in which boxes.2. The movers at our destination tried to reverse through a tree and cracked a fence post. Particularly as tenants, we suggest a little more care is taken, perhaps with somebody directing from outside the truck.3. Despite the above, we found the staff to be knowledgeable and personable throughout, and we would be pleased to use Conroys again.
Very Impressed
Very impressed by everyone involved. From initial contact with David to the boys picking up all my artwork. They understood the importance of my work and passed this onto the long haul driver. All the works arrived on time and unmarked. Thank you so much.
The truck unfortunately got stuck on the back lawn and the more he spun the wheels the more it ripped the lawn up, we realise it was an accident and just one of those unfortunate things. The new owners who were moving in to our house were not happy with the deep gouges in the lawn. we rang conroys and they were very helpful and said they would sort it out, we thought this was excellent. We have used conroys for our moves about 6 times in the last 20 yrs and have always been very happy with their prices and service, thank you
