Hi there, I have used Conroys for many years through work and personal use and have always been happy to pay the higher rates as the experience has always been so good.  Unforaunately my last experience was really disappointing.  The 3 men arrived on time but when they got to our house to pack it up, I had everything ready in all the rooms but they worked very slowly. They took two breaks within the first hour.  Standing on the street smoking and chatting both times in no hurry at all.  On the second break, I asked if they needed some direction as I knew we were being charged hourly and they said they were just taking a break.  It was very odd as I am so used to your workers being so fast and speedy and struggling to keep up pace packing up with them so this time I made sure I had everything ready but my parents and I were packing our items into our cars faster than them.  It was very disappointing after all the good experiences we have had. There was a lot of standing around talking. 

I am being honest as its not the level Conroys normally delivers at.  They unpacked at our house slightly faster.  Sorry for the negative feedback but I would want to know.

The booking side of things was super effiicent.

Very pleased with the service and the two young men were punctual and extremely polite.  Efficient and organised and we hope to get equal service when our furniture comes out of storage in to our new home.

Offloading of furniture was done fast and carefully, staff was very friendly.

I had moved from Qatar with Writer Relocations and was expecting to find the same level of service as provided in Qatar by the removals in New Zealand. Sorry to say I was terribly disappointed.

the two movers were quick, professional and despite me not being fully packed just got on with the job.
