Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersJust a concern more than anything. The time for arrival for uplift kept changing and got later and later. This meant the crew had to work super hard to keep to time. One of the men hurt his shoulder as a result and had to be taken to hospital. I hope he was ok? But overall the removal guys worked super hard and we were very grateful for their assistance at a stressful time.
Excellent service with great communication and value for money.
Removers were on time very friendly and helpful. Communication good. Things ran smoothly from packing up until receiving goods on the other and unpacking. Would definitely use again if need be and would recommend to others.

Nathan from the Napier branch was excellent to deal with. But the men that packed the truck - packed it with heavy items on top of carboard boxs which arrived at my new home squashed and some minor damages to items. The truck arrived a day late. A bag of dog food was split open throughout the truck,
We had also requested that our dining room table to be wrapped up, this wasn't done.
Once again Nathan was excellent to deal with, but the packers from the napier end were a joke.
they also told my wife while packing that we are being over charged.

Mite recomend . Some gear poorly shipped, boxs broken and believe me they were substantial heavy duty plastic boxes. Fridge dented again . tables marked , bed furniture marked further. Over all good value for money , needs to be better at communicating when the gear is picked up and delivered . I had to chase this both ends. Thnaks, Pete
Service was excellent but disappointed the truck was delayed by 1.5 hours. The removal staff were very efficient, courteous and obliging
