Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersDelivery people did not assemble the dismantled items although we were told to do so in the quotation. The service when it was picked up in Auckland was good but because of this, we were a bit unsatisfied.
My daughter used you before so she recommended you when I had a choice to go to a cheaper alternative. I was disappointed when I gave all the details of access but these were not read or ignored by the driver. The address given was Edward Street but access is in Victoria Street - they went to Edward Street and had to lug it around. At the second stop the address was given as Grant Road as you ask for the address but I clearly indicated access is via Little George Street. We had to wait a further 5 minutes for them to drive around when I am paying for their time it is expensive and annoying.
Thanks Conroys for the awesome service from communication from the start to finish,appreciated. Top service cannot fault.
A difficult shift, hard work done with good humour- 10 out of 10
The whole team were professional and just got on with the job. We would definitely recomment Steve Meadow. He was a very hard worker. He did our garage first and then packed all our china and kitchen. It was a big job and he just kept at it until it was done. Thank you Steve.
Just concerned about the rushed delivery as the driver needed to be in Hamilton for another job.

Great services provided. Very happy with the Customer Services team, fast, friendly and professional! It would be much helpful if communication with the delivery team was also better as my shipment was separated into two loads in two different days without any prior notification.
