Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersExtremely poor communication, told 8am pick-up didn't see a truck until 1.20pm,(even though I have email proof of asking for an 8am pick-up, and was alled on the Sunday to be told this would be the case) furnuture was damaged upon delivery, furniture was not bubble wrapped when asked 3 times to do. Have asked to be called by managers, no one has called.
Why have no one called me about my insurance claims? They were noted on the delivery note.
This move cost $9500 + more for me having to fix conroy mess ups. This also caused undue stress in what is already a stressful time. From a company that talked about 'stress free moving
Literally the worst moving company I've ever used.
If I dont hear from someone with authority I will be taking this further.
My only complaint would be despatch (kyle?) No communication on when truck would be picking our furniture up and then truck being 2.5 hours late. No fault of the drivers. The guys loading and uploading our furniture were amazing!
Your front office staff, reception, distribution, and moving guys were helpful efficient and on task. Justin who delivered my stuff to Stratford was top guy. Got the job done quickly and cheerfully even though he was on his own (tough call).
Both Rory and Harry were great to deal with. Very professional and everything went smoothly. I hope they enjoyed the German beers when they got back home!
We had to wait 13 days for our plants to arrive that had been offloaded into a warehouse in Auckland without our prior knowledge. It was not until our original load arrived that we were told there had been a mishap.We paid serious money to use your services and the lack of communication was very poor. Even when the second load did arrive we were only given 20 minutes notice and we were 15 minutes away, so had to cancel a meeting to ensure delivery.
The team arrived on time, got stuck in and got the job done in timely manner. Everything went well. Thank you.
100% commitment by the staff that moved our house. Even though Dave was retired, the old bugger never stopped. A credit to your company! All other staff we dealt with were helpful, friendly and generally a great bunch. Thank you to all involved in getting us to our new home.
Communication poor. Phoned 3 times to try find out when stuff was being delivered. Each time was told someone would be in touch soon. No one ever was. Then was contacted by the guys delivering it when they arrived at my home and no one was here! We'd been told that time that someone would be in touch 30min before hand but no one contacted us so thought it safe to go out.
Also a solid wood dining table that belonged to my grandmother has been broken. No help at all in trying to organise an estimate of dining table cost and damage. I wonder what I actually paid for in the more than $1000 worth of insurance paid.
While being pleased with packing and loading in Taupo on December 10th. It was a different story the next day unloading and placing furniture.
We understand it being acceptable to have a new inexperienced employee to load our contents but it certainly wasn't acceptable to have two out of the three operator's being in their first week as removal operators.
Your response to our complaint re the cratch on our Rimu unit is abysmal as it is due to negligence by inexperience operators and responsibility should have been accepted by Conroy's rather than an insurance claim.
In addition we do not feel that when moving elderly people heavy boxes should be left in the driveway.
Hi, From booking to final delivery - the service was excellent. I would like to especially thank the delivery guys. Our property was a challenge and it was very warm day! The head delivery guy Daniel (?) was amazing. He had a very calming influence on us and was an excellent organiser. We were very fortunate to have him.
