Excellent service. The crew was very helpful and we would recommend your company to others
The service we received was good, however if a time is quoted and confirmed then that's the time I expect people to be there. When our truck was loaded we were told 8am, truck arrived 9.20am. It had been agreed 10.00am arrival to unload, phone call at 7.15am to change to 9am, truck arrived 9.30am with only a driver. Two other men arrived 10.30ish.
Excellent Service
They gave us a great team who were polite and worked very efficiently. They communicated brilliantly and did an exceptional job of packing our furniture, and unpacking at the other end. We could not be happier with the great group of guys we had. Excellent service which made moving so much less stressful.

Accommodating
Whole experience was great. Availability to book online was a key to choosing conroys. Customer service was friendly and got back to us promptly to check details. Moving team arrived early and eager. Good professionalism, friendly and accomodating.

More information from Customer Services would have helped and prepared me for what I went through in this huge move to NZ. Like, who could have helped me understand the full protocol of Compliance of a Motor Vehicle and the costs. The packers were amazing and their work was very much appreciated. The updates via email as to where my goods were and a big thank you to all.

Everyone was professional, fast and efficient. Great communication throughout the process. Dave in Hawkes Bay did very well with our tricky driveway.
