All of my dealings with Conroy Removals were excellent. Great customer service on the phone, great email communication, and the delivery folks were cheerful and accommodating. Excellent job!
Great to deal with, all friendly and polite
When packing the container I asked them to brace open the washing machine door, freezer door just a little etc. just let air circulate and for mould not to form. Unfortunately, this was not done.
Just a suggestion for packing and unpacking. Put the fridge etc. in last, so that it can be taken out first, as often we are wanting to turn it on as we might have things we need to keep cool.
All the staff I dealt with were great to deal with, all friendly and polite.

Very helpful and absolute professionals
Very helpful and absolute professionals who moved our furniture out of Conroy's Porirua storage premises to our new home in the Wellington area. No request was ignored in respect to where we wanted furniture placed. The Conroy's furniture removal staff who delivered our consignment were caring, helpful and extremely professional at all times and went out of their way to assist us e.g. fridge-freezer side-by-side unit was very difficult to place in specific area we had for it, and the two guys doing the job went out of their way to get it right.

Brilliant service from the team at Conroy's. Professional throughout the process. Packers were efficient and friendly making what was a stressful time with an international move, a great experience. Our items were handled with care and we were confident in how our things were looked after. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the teams we met with both in New Zealand and Australia. Really happy with our move with Conroy's.
A real joy to work with
Absolutely delighted with the standard of packing. It just made the leaving end of the delivery so easy. Arrival was hard work! Wished a magic wand could be waved to unwrap all the paper. Best of all were the staff. Bright, positive, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. A real joy to work with. Thanks Conroy.
