Positive Experience
I used Conroys in my previous shifts a few years ago and will use them again as the whole experience was very positive. Customer service beforehand was very helpful and when they were working in my home they were very respectful, helpful and professional during the packing and shifting. I had got 3 quotes for the shift and had no regrets about choosing Conroys.
I will be writing to you to complain about a specific aspect of the packing I was not happy with; I will still unpack several items, one of which I know is broken. I am particularly unhappy with how some of my paintings/artwork were packed. Several art frames were placed in boxes with no individual wrapping around them. This resulted in the frames being scratched and broken and the artwork damaged. Other paintings were wrapped correctly and were fine. I was told all art would be correctly wrapped and taken care of. This was my experience, and it has not happened for 6 Items. I find this unacceptable, and I am very disappointed. The itinerary created for the boxes was also very poorly written. Many things were mislabeled. For instance, a coach was labelled a BBQ, resulting in MAF needing to inspect things that were not needed. Things which were something else labelled as TV and many items labelled folding chair for no reason. I have moved internationally 6 times and never had any break. Unfortunately, this is not the case this time. It has come down to poor packing, which has left your team down, and I would not be able to recommend that aspect of your service.

I was told that I could have some items to be accessed early and I could pick up these from the office once our container would arrive. I followed their instructions as I was told. Instead Conroy asked me to pay hundreds to get these items from the container. When I forwarded the email chain with the proof, I am now being completely ignored. For my several email requests for the answer, there is complete silence.
I still have not received my furniture! Nor have I had a call to say when it's arriving. It has taken far too long for the price I paid
