Efficient in every way
Fantastic communication, efficient in every way and took great care of our possessions.
Everything was done exactly as promised
Great teams, both for packing, loading and delivery. Excellent comms and advice from Rachel. Everything was done exactly as promised - on time and only one minor breakage.

Friendly, quick and efficient
Great customer service from quote, booking, confirmation, right through to the actual move. We're quick to schedule delivery once settlement went through. Moving team at both ends were great - friendly, quick and efficient. No damage or missing goods. Top marks.

Would certainly recommend Conroy to others
Conroy lessened the stress of moving overseas by their regular communication with me both in New Zealand and at my overseas destination. The packing by the guys in Nelson was carefully done giving confidence my goods were being treated with respect. Total cost of transport, storage and insurance was competitive and I would certainly recommend Conroy to others.

Overall good but had a few issues. Initially they forgot our booking to collect. When I phoned to ask (1 hour post the time booked) they could not find a record of booking. Then they found it and sent someone out quickly to collect. Howver this meant the furniture was not put into a container, instead it was loaded into a truck and therefore had to be moved again to a container later on. This involved double handling of our furniture and we now have dents/marks on a few pieces.
I'll be talking to the local branch about insurance on these peices.
The team seemed to work hard, but not smart. The young men needed tools that had apparently been taken from their van to put together my items. I am still without use of a double bed and desk. The bed should have been easily assembled, requiring only a spanner. The desk was more complicated, but without instructions they were unable to complete the assembly. Indeed they put it together incorrectly and is unusable as currently assembled. I thought they should have worked better as a team. They caused no damage but seemed cavalier with my doorframes. Nowhere near the professional experience I received in England by the packing team who were much more experienced and well led. The NZ team seemed constantly irritated with the level of furniture protection they had to deal with. With decent managemet these young men could be a real asset to your company. I am not a habitual complainer, I tipped my UK packers but withheld the $100 I had in my wallet feeling disappointed.
