Unfortunately, the delivery of my contents wasn't as smooth as the pick-up. I think that was because I had packed, everything was organised and I made it as as easy as possible for your team who you couldn't fault back in February 24. The delivery was stressful, a tired unfit guy with an exceptional well mannered off-sider who seemed to take the slack for the day. It was embarrassing. Unfortunately they ended up damaging some furniture which I don't think would have happened with a experienced stronger lead for the day. 

All the guys helping load and unload were nice and polite.  However, our expensive tv cabinet was completely broken due to poor packing - we were told the Christchurch manager would be in contact, but we are still waiting a week later.  Fabric couches were left sitting on their fabric edge in the gravel while waiting to be loaded onto the truck.  There were a number of minor scrapes, damaged drawer handles and lost castor rollers.  The team emptying the truck in Christchurch seemed to be understaffed for the size job - 3 + the driver, compared to 6 + driver in Renwick loading.  The Christchurch team finished much later than expected to the point that one was late to a family event and another missed sports practice.  They were utterly exhausted by the end.  We couldn't blame them for ignoring clearly marked box locations and just putting them in the garage, while it helped get the job done, it then left us to sort through and move a number of boxes inside.

Leicester and the team were the very best. Quick, efficient and careful. What more can you ask for?

The Conroy team made what is a fairly stressful time so much eaiser, communication was great, packing everything into a shipping container tetris style, wrapping all the large items I couldn't box so everything was well protected. They stored all my items for a bit over a month while I waited for settlement on my new house to come through. They contacted me the day before move in day to arrange a time for delivery, on delivery day the team unloaded everything much quicker than I thought it would take, and moved everything into the approprate rooms. Overall it was a fairly painless process and so much less stressful than it could of been. My thanks goes out to the Conroy team for making the move so easy.
