The guys at the removal in Lower Hutt and the delivery in Napier were friendly and efficient. All of our household contents arrived with no damage. This is the 4th move we have used Conroys in the last 23 years and have been very happy with every move,
Excellent company to deal with every step of the way!! From asking for a quote, organising dates, picking up our furniture to delivery. Cannot fault this amazing company. Also what stood out is the employees raves about working for the company and they are genuinely proud to be apart of the Conroy Family! Well done!
The heater was obviously dropped and broken. We should have been notified about this. Instead it was dropped off and in pieces for me to deal with and Pay to dump
WOW!! Your company has everything right. From when we rang to enquire right through to delivery of our furniture! The communication was excellent. Conroy's must be a very special place to work as all the staff were happy, obliging and took pride in their work. They put us the customer first all the way. Also the staff spoke very highly of the business and the culture the company has. Well done!!
Very fast on receiving quote and yours was the only reply out of 3 requests for a quote. Pick-up went well and 3 people to unload at this end went very quickly and easily. Very much recommend the service.
Communication was terrible. I said I could be flexible with the date and wanted a morning pickup. As per the booking i was moving 4 hours away so an afternoon booking would not work. I chased this multiple times only to gef a call fhe afternoom before saying they would be there late afternoon. I rung back several times (inlcuding office) and left a message saying I needed a morning booking. No-one rung back. Eventually I sent a text and was still told it would be late afternoon. I said that doesn't work for me. Was finally told they would try to sort in the morning of my booking. The next morning I again left voicemails and eventually got a grumpy call to say they'd be there at 9.30. This was extra stress I didn't need on moving day and completely unnecessary if this had all been confirmed days/weeks earlier.
On Thursday i got a call to say my things would be dropped off in just over an hour. When I was surprised by that the man said it was always going to be delivered that day and Auckland should have told me. Nobody ever told me about delivery at this end. Luckily I was there and that was ok. I could have been completely flexible at this end, just needed communication.
i did get some things that didn't belong to me so hopefully they have found tthe right home.
The actual movers were amazing, helpful and friendly.
i have said i'd use again but would have to have confirmation of everything well before the date required
The team were fantastic, Vanessa in the office organised everything perfectly, Richie and his team at both ends of the delivery were excellent to deal with, making moving days hassle free. special thanks to the bloke that put the beds back together, legend!
