The initial stages with establishing the quote were difficult but once the move was underway things went sommothly.  There has been damage to one valuable painting which needs to be rectified.

Both loading and unloading the teams were absolutely fantastic, very helpful, and went beyond their scope to help us have a smooth transition

Absolutely AMAZING service from start to finish!  We were kept fully informed through the whole process and there were no "hidden surprises".  Highly recommend.

Asked about refund as I didn't use the full alottoed space for the first part of our move. No response from your customer service or anyone. So I esentially overpaid for the move. I would certainly be open to resolving this issue though, and would very much appreciate communicaiton about my querrey. I was dealing with Sally Sok. Sent multiple emails. No response. Other than overpaying, and not hearing back from you guys, the movers themselves were good and professional.

All shifters worked well together, especially in Wellington. Very pleasant, polite and hard working lads.

If it wasn't for Christine, I don't think this move would have gone ahead as we had no communication at all from the person allocated to our move.  Monday morning of the move and we still had no idea what was going on.  In the end a sub contractor moved us on the instructions from Conroy.
