Two things stood out for us. First the quality and pleasantness of all staff involved from packers, to office staff to operations managers. Secondly the flexibility at short notice, and helpfulness in response to changing circumstances e.g. multiple ferry cancellations / changes, storage and delivery extensions. Well done team !

The Napier office was excellent to deal with - especially Natasha - always understanding of the complexities of moving my elderly mother to Wellington. The packers were great
