One item was not delivered. One item that was brand new and still in original boxing was damaged and needs full replacement. Have lodged insurance claim and have been told to get repair quote - it was brand new and the manufacturer says serious damage. It looks like it has been dropped. Such a hassle. Good people who delivered the items and once I made contact there was good comms re delivery. The boxes looked very beaten up and damaged. We personally transported all kitchen and breakable items for fear of breakage. If we hadn't done this we would've had more damage. When booking was surprised a definite delivery date couldn't be agreed. That led to us sending less with Conroy and doing more ourselves.
Nice group of helpful people. Usual minor issues - couple of chairs broken etc but overall a good experience.
Vanessa was awesome, as we there team deliveryig anf unpacking. No hesitation reccomending Conroy to anyone!
Overall I was very pleased with the service provided by Conroy. My items were shipped in good time from Auckland to London and the communication was pretty good. I think that the level of packing and care taken could be improved though.
Execllent service from the first telephone enquiry to the moving out and in. The moving guys were very professional and friendly. I cannot fault any part of the process. Thank you for helping make a stressful time a little bit easier!
Delivery and of our contents was poorly communicated. We were told 8am but they didn't arrive until after 9am and no phone call to give us an update. They didn't have the right gear to get our spa off the truck and nearly dropped it, my husband had to try and get a trolley. They ended up managing to get it off, but didn't call my husband to advise they had so he didn't need to get help.
Our vanity in our ensuite wasn't packed up and our real estate agent had to pack up.
We will be sending an email to Doug Elliot also regarding our move with Conroys & how dissapointed we were/are with the complete process & service recieved.

the receiving of the items took longer than I was expecting but after an email sent by me they were at my door the very next day
A seamless move. Each crew turned up at the appointed time and the work was completed in a timely manner. All workers were friendly and good to deal with. Very happy with the whole process.
