Multiple items of furniture were damaged on arrival due to it being improperly loaded when uplifted, one example of this was the TV which was supposed to be put in a carton but was just covered over the top with a blanket resulting in the frame of the set being broken along the bottom.
A great service with friendly helpfull staff.
Both teams were friendly and efficient, making ours a stress free move, have referred your company already.
The only small comment we would make, is the labelling for the kitchen could be a little clearer. no breakages - great job!

Fantastic service from the girls doing the quotes at the start to the boys delivering the furniture at the other end. All the staff I dealt with were super helpful and friendly.

The service with Conroy has been excellent so far. The quotation process was user friendly and the assistance was excellent. The communication from Sally was excellent and the uplift team, Tom and team was excellent! They made the move very easy. Thank you for your excellent assistance!
This was a pick up for the furniture to go into storage. The pack staff were friendly and efficient and the loading into the container was a breeze.Special kudos to the driver. Unfortunately we didn't get his name.Conroy's office kept in touch the whole time, making sure everything was going to plan.
Initial problems with first point of call led to some frustration but was quickly solved by other staff members. It is important that you stick to delivery planning given as this is how we pack stuff or decide to send by NZ mail if goods are needed. There were some hassles but solved appropriately and I ended up getting my delivery within 7-10 working days and not the Friday after Labour Weekend, puck up was 6th October.
I had zero contact on day of pick up. Was informed the day before it would be around 3. No one turned up till 6pm. I had to phone dispatch to find out what happened with the response "I was sick this morning so I wasn't in and I'm not sure what's happening". I left a voicemail to reception at 5pm, I appreciate that the office may have been shut but no one contacted me at all to apologise and see what's happened. No communication for an ETA until the morning I got a call saying they would be on there way today. I had to call work and rearrange shifts to be able to be get my stuff. The staff were nice on pick up and drop off, that is the saving grace of this whole move.
