Staff very willing, their ability to deliver service would have been enhanced by them having moving equipment on the truck e.g. small flatbed trolley, 2nd sack barrow
Great, friendly and personal service from getting the quote to packing up. Everyone I dealt with was really lovely.
I was disappointed that the quote jumped up around $2000 after 30 days. Nathan Forlong did the quote by phone camera then told me he would probably come to the house and do a walk around to get a better idea. I waited and tried to contact him but couldn't . As time was getting closer to our sale date I accepted the quote but was outside the 30 days, still no word from Nathan and a higher quote which by then I had to accept. I now know that Nathan left the company. I was not happy with that outcome.

Rachel Wallace was terrific, as were the two gentlemen who picked up my stuff in Auckland!
However, from the pick up, things were less terrific. Poor communication as to when things would arrive, I had taken time off work to be available so it was frustrating for me to not know what was going on. And when things arrived, many of the 'systema' type storage containers were broken and are now unusable.
Rachel Wallace was very helpful, and the two gentlemen who picked up in Auckland were great.
However, there was not a lot of accurate communication from the rest of the crew regarding when my stuff would actually arrive. I realize you have the same issues (employee sick days, etc.) as the rest of New Zealand, but it was frustrating to plan time off to be able to meet the truck, and have the truck show up at 4:30 PM two days after expected. In addition, almost every single lid on the 'systema' type plastic storage tubs was broken, so they are unusable now, and difficult to store. Not the end of the world, but frustrating to me.
This company made our move back overseas to New Zealand virtually worry free. Constant contact as the time got closer with professional, friendly staff willing to help and guide you through the actual moving of your belongings, and the (sometimes confusing) large amount of shipping and customs declarations.
We would not hesitate in recommending this company to make their moving stress free, with a friendly and professional workforce.
