For me, this was another move with Conroys, and again between islands, this time from North to South. The same care, expertise in packing, and courtesy was evident as first experienced in 1979 from Dunedin to Wellington! Conroys Ltd., was recommended way back then by friends. My late wife, and I used conroys also for a move within Wellington city. In all cases nothing went astray. In this latest move I am especially grateful to the administrative staff for their expert advice, and the attention and care given especially to one in his early 80s! Only negative was taht I was meant to have some warning when the boys were coming and only got a call when they arrived at my house :)

Standout points: warm manner of Vanessa - an advantage in having a female native English speaker on the phone. Explained her point of difference in collecting money.

Eric - lead hand - had seen some of the internal photos I sent and they assisted his decision making. Accepted I was timing the operation to minimise cost.

Overall service was friendly and professional. No serious concerns at all. Took a little longer to get to me once customs and quarantined cleared than I'd have preferred but everything still well within estimated delivery timeframe.The team that collected my stuff at the pickup stage especially were great.
