Damage
Service and communication was great although you damaged 3 different pieces of furniture and so I will be submitting an insurance claim (I used my contents insurance provider).
Smooth Transition
It has been a smooth transition for us. Our belongings were packed with care and respect. The packers in NZ were lovely and had great communication with us. The team who worked in the office kept me informed of the progress. The moving team on the Australia side were prompt and efficient.
