One of the most up and down services I have encountered. Your packing team were excellent. Your movers at times were good, at other times careless whilst rushing, and trying to do less work. The mess they left after getting their truck stuck is an embarrassment to your company and every neighbour of our old residence has complained fo me about it and will never use Conroy's. What will be done to repair the significant damage to the berm? Whilst this was happening I had no communication for two hours and would ring the operations line only to get cut off. A job that should have been completed by 2pm with us having our things unpacked and ready by 5 meant we were scouring boxes for kids linen after their bed time and didn't even notice the bbq that had been broken or dents in the wall.

The shipping took so much longer than I was left to believe. In total it took over 3 months to ship our belongings from Melbourne to Christchurch, this is just too long to live without any belongings

What an awesome group of people who came to do the packing at our home on the 31st January.  Nothing to much trouble, hardworking and focussed on the job they were doing.  Very pleasant group to talk and interact with.  Would recommend your firm without question as being the best to deal with.  I also want to thank Conroys for delivering our furniture to Parewaitai Village and into the garage of the villa which we are unable to go into until 14th February but furniture was able to go into the garage.  My husband and i thank you once again for all your help which was much appreciated.  Carol McFarlane

The team that assisted with my move actually deserves 6 stars out of 5! The move was efficient and painless.

The cherry on the top was the friendliest team who made sure our move happened perfectly. Thank you for the great service and hope this team is acknowledged accordingly!

Movers were great and helpful.

Cam was awesome, thanks so much for making my shift stress free.  Definitely recommend and use again if required.
