Generally happy with experience, the second move we have used Conroys. Whilst your staff were friendly and respectful they appeared to lack skills in handling furniture. Luckily no serious damage was done. Packing was a bit haphazard and labelling of boxes minimal which has made unpacking more difficult.

We recieved very clear and timely communications from Lynn throughout the process from awaiting delivery into the country of the container to actual delivery to the house. This occurred during the Auckland floods. Well done Lynn.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was only a phone call or email away. We were notified at every step. Everyone we dealt with were polite and professional and knew what they were doing. We shipped or furniture from Aussie to NZ. Then stored it in Auckland with Conroys for two months. Then it was delivered to our address. Haven't found any casualties in our things. Great experience!
