Communication and customer service were superb
I've moved a lot and I have a lot of experience in logistics, so I can say my experience with Cponroy Removals was one of the most trouble-free I've had. Communication and customer service were superb, the quote reasonable, all in all a highly competent organisation I'd unhesitatingly recommend to others.

Your team made everything look easy. Good communication from updates with arrival into NZ and timing of delivery. Very impressive!
The guys arrived on time, listened to what we wanted and carried out the job pleasantly, couldn't ask for more than that :)
Only negatives were: Paperwork not straight forward or easy as noted in the corospondence required with your company by myself. And the dresser had unwrapped raw wood on top that was free moving. We are not too concerned about these minor scratchings on dresser as the suite will be restored.

The men were efficient and lovely to deal with. Overall a good experience would use Conroys again.
Very Well Organised
Great service. All our belongings were well looked after. Truck turned up on the day well under time given and the guys were very well organised and happy to bring furniture inside and place where needed.
Just a delay of a few days due to not enough people available so I did worry about storage of things but it all turned out perfectly.
Moving Went To Plan
Packing itself was done really well and super quick. Last minute stuff on day of move not so great but appreciate those guys were movers, not packers. Moving went to plan. Nice that movers checked what was going, what wasn't, and were considerate about where things went in the new house.
My TV got broken in transit and I still haven't heard back from the insurance company.
Educate staff on basic insurance claim steps and processes. It's a stressful time when something gets broken and having the awnsers instead of pushing the phone around doesn't help.
This is was the fourth time I have moved with the help of Conroy Removal .. each time I am just so grateful for the consideration shown by the staff.
From start to finish ,,,booking and arranging move at the office, to the final box coming off the truck . everything was so well organised, I could totally rely on them in every way.
I am so grateful to Darryn and Max for all their assistance in Tuesday. They are a credit to the company.
Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone planning a move.
