The lounge suites arrived with marks and stains from the transport. Blankets were dirty and no moving plastic was used.
Wellington crew (unloading) were wonderful and took real care with our furniture especially the pieces that meant a lot. Cheerful attentive and efficient. Just great guys showing great customer service.

Everything from start to finish was top notch! Excellent ladies to communicate with (believe me there was a lot - i was a pain in tbe ass and they were super nice and super patient with me) the guys that delivered were happy cheerful guys - no complaints whatsoever- but they still need to come puck up the rubbish lol

Excellent trio of guys you sent us! Great sense of humour, fast, efficient & gentle with our goods.
Great to deal with, excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. We were however a little disappointed with some minor damage to items where the packers were made aware of the risk, and scuff marks to other items where packing blankets would've prevented the damage during our move from Wellington to Christchurch. Overall though, a pleasant experience, thank you very much!
