Staff were helpful from customer service down to the removal staff. Excellent job.
Our overall experience with Conroys was average. Some aspects were really good. Packing of house items was generally very good, particularly the kitchen and smaller items (more care could be afforded to pictures and frames, but none of these were damaged). The quoting process was also very good. However removal and delivery was poorer than expected. Specifically, a number of items were damaged in transit. We can excuse accidents (e.g. our fridge was dropped) but there were multiple items of furniture also damaged and having watched some of the moving process we felt that some of this may have been avoidable (e.g. if beds were properly broken down, and drawers and clothing were removed from the tall boy, they would have been much more manageable to shift). Staff were mostly friendly. Would we use again...? Maybe but only if we shifted valuable and certain furniture items ourselves.

Great friendly team unloaded my furniture as carefully as they could. There were some items they carried upstairs (2 story home) without complaint. They were friendly and respectful.
The guys are very professional and kind enough.

Sally Sok was great in administration at answering our emails and concerns.
However, we are extremely dissapointed in the uplift of our items. There were 2 gentlemen that attended the property first who ensured everything was packed and labeled, and they did a great job.Unfortunatley though, they said the next guys would be at the property within the next hour or 2. However, the next guys didn't turn up until around 4pm and this was AFTER we chased up what was going on. This was an issue because it started to rain, and we were required to move the items that the first two guys set up to be packed into the truck back into our storage shed.
Following on from this, we thought it was efficient that there were 6 guys completing the uplift of our items (when they eventually did arrive and due to how late it was). But, this did not mean that our items would be cared for. If it wasn't for a family member witnessing it for themselves, we would not have been told that a trolley with 3 boxes on it rolled off the trolley and down a small hill, as the guys didn't tell us this occured. In addition to this, we also witnessed multiple times our boxes being stood on and kicked in the container to stack boxes ontop of other areas and get into small spaces. All of this considered, we are not in the least bit surprised that we have arrived back in Australia having to make a claim on broken/distroyed items.
They were also yelling/swearing throughout the uplift and we have a small child that was in the area. Our uplift was a Friday afternoon, and it definetly felt like we were an inconvinience to an early friday knock-off (due to their late arrival after 4pm)
Very happy with the overall service. Communication lacked with delivery after the shipment was confirmed to be cleared and ready for dispatch. No regular feedback was fiven until I started requesting updates. Updated information was only received a day later.
