We used Conroy to pack, remove, and store our belongings while we had EQ repairs done. The customer service and communication was fine and the people were nice. Some of the items we wanted packed and stored were left behind. A glass jar was broken and left on the floor. There were bits of plastic on the floor that seem to have broken off one of our major appliances (fridge, washing machine?). I’m just hoping that there is no further loss of damage that eventuates when our belongings are returned to the house once the repairs are finished.

Still Waiting
Still waiting for goods. Called on Friday (16/06/23) and apparently container had only just arrived in Perth - we sent goods in February!
Couldn't Be Happier
we could not be happier with Conroys service, we moved house and eneded up with our house lot in a container at storage for 12 weeks, they delivered on time and everything was in the original condition, would definitly highly recomend to anyone looking to shift.

Everything Was Great
Everything was great - from communications to delivery time to actual delivery
No Communication
Upon booking, I was told I would be in touch with my Move Co-Ordinator to prepare the move - absolutely no communications from them in the lead-up to the move, no understanding around the timing of the day. I emailed them prior to the move day and all I got was a text message with a time, and that I couldn't reply to.
The movers moved the things and relocated to the new address - all went well apart from mild damage to some of the furniture due to not taking care of (scratches on wooden drawers, some boarding from drawers had been buckled out). Also, the movers made damage to the property's fence - I have emailed photos to Conroy's enquiries mailbox seeking remedial work.
We are still waiting for our goods to arrive. We have not heard if they have arrived in Australia. We would like an update.
The Conroy team has been terrific - understanding, patient, communicative and helpful. I am absolutely delighted with them. I thought the shipment of my chattels from the UK would be difficult, but no: thanks to Conroy.
