The fridge was dropped on its front due to a staff member falling over backwards. We have this on camera. Would have preferred a call to advise this had happened rather than nothing being said as Driver dropping off was different to the packing drivers.
Communication Poor
Items landed in Perth beginning of May. It is now mid June. I had to make contact to chase up what's happening. Communication poor
We have had great service from the start, however, still awaiting our arrival of contents and confirmation of delivery day, so service rating done on pre-arrival of goods.
One Minor Issue
One minor issue. We never did get a call from move coordinator so we didn't know times which added a bit of stress. "Will they turn up? Had it been cancelled?" Everything was smooth apart from that.
Time Wasted
Wasted lot of time and also few boxes are missing...
Dirt Carried In
The guys did good. Our only complaint was the dirt they carried into the carpet at the delivery location. It would be unreasonable to expect the lads to take their boots off and on but protection of carpets and tile surfaces should be a priority. I grabbed a pile of the blankets a d spread them across the floor which minimised the problem but feel that this was something they should have done rather than expect me to do it. If clients are expected to provide such protection they should be pre-warned.
Experience Was Faultless
From quotation visit, through the packer to the updates from admin and delivery in Australia the whole experience was faultless. We used Conroys previously to go to the UK and back to NZ and wouldn't use hesitate to use Conroys again, We've recommended Conroy's to family (who opted for another remover with big regrets later!!) and friends and would recommend to anyone looking to move anywhere!
Absolutely Amazing Job
The team did an absolutely amazing job, I still can't believe they managed to pack all of our stuff so well in such a short space of time!
Had to chase for the arrival time in Auckland but once the truck arrived it all went smoothly. Great labourers involved with the moving.
