Our move went like clockwork. 2.5 hours including northern motorway travel and it was all finished. The team moving us was delightful and nothing was to much trouble.
All good very happy with everything. We will manage a potential claim with Magna. Thank you to Susan for her prompt action in initiating the direction for a potential claim to be made.

Super easy to deal with from start to finish. From customer service, accounts to the team who actually did the moving couldn't have been more helpful. This included the Hawke's Bay team as we weren't sure how the container had initially feared in Gabrielle. Will highly recommend going forward
Initial communication was good but then it was terrible.
1) I was charged $456 or similar amount for crating my TV. When it was picked up, it didn't crate. Just bubble wrapped and placed it in front of the container against all other weights followed by. They crated it at your yard.!
2) My $700 worth chair is missing. Your Australian branch says it hasn't arrived, and Auckland branch says they witnessed sending it. Then where is it?
They did some follow up and then there is no further update!!
How do I refer you to my mates who want to move overseas when your employees were such irresponsible?
I need my chair back or equivalent money.

We have used Conroy Removals several times and overall have been pleased with the service offered.This time everything was done with the usual efficiency. We did at times feel that the movers were a little put out with some aspects of our move which we had no control over. This meant that at times our move was handled with little grace and somewhat grudgingly. This is not to take away from the fact that the end result was achieved on time and on budget.
