Staff in Nelson were very helpful clarifying any issues I had. The 6 young men who moved all my furniture were very courteous clarifying where the loads were going & checking that they'd had it right. The 3 men in Chch were also very courteous & clarified issues as they went along. I felt that 3 more personal would have been helpful as the load was very heavy to handle & a lot of it. They didn't complain I just observed.
Main move is this week so will comment after that

Fantastic communication from both Melbourne and New Zealand Conroy staff throughout the transit. Pickup and delivery perfectly co-ordinated. Goods arrived in top packaging and in good time.

By far the easiest move we have ever done. Your guys were excellent, careful, fast and super friendly. I accidently left a half full glass jug of water in the fridge and it was still upright when I opened the fridge at the new house!! My friend was super impressed and has booked you for her move in a few weeks time.

It was disappointing that instructions were not followed. Cost of moving was high. I have moved several times with Conroys and a discounted price would be good for customers who use you several times. Packing of the container was excellent. Delivery people were great in challenging conditions.
Apart from a light cover that was accidentally broken, but the company has taken responsibility it good. The guys worked hard unloading our belongings.
