Very easy move with Conroy. Every step was simple and flowed smoothly. All our items arrived safely and in the condition they left. Everyone we dealt with were helpful and friendly. We will be using Conroy again for our next move and will be recommending to others.

I would like to commend your excellent staff members Robin,Tyler and Taylor. They were great professionals at their jobs, naturals at customer service, on time, did what they said they would do, excellent communicators, not officious and a pleasure to have around. They cared about our possessions, everything arrived unscathed and were a calming influence. I cannot praise them enough. If there is one area for improvement it is for Conroys to update some of your hardware- but it all worked. That said your pricing and responsiveness was best in market so you clearly keep costs appropriate for your market segment. Overall a truly excellent customer experience. 

Thought they had been very careful.  Until we found the damaged items.  We paricukarly mentioned very fragile antiques and a very special Wurlitzer Juke box.  My father went into hospital on that day after a serious accident and I couldn't be present.  Incredibly dissapointing.    Yes we had our own insurance but these pieces are not replaceable and finding somone to fix them impossible at this point.  Not impressed with how they handled them at all.   When they left I thanked them for their care and attention.  We then discovered the damage as we sorted the furniture.  Including damage to our  brand new house, sliding door frame.  Slamming through with a huge chair  over his head.  Taking a chunk of the wood. Very upset indeed.  I was told you had protective covers. I dont even think they were used. I saw with my own eyes as I was leaving one if the antique chairs picked up by a leg.  It is now in several pieces.  Chest if drawers with a broken handle which I know was not broken when they picked it up.
