This is the third time that I have moved with Conroy's as we have always had a great experience with them. Unfortunately, this time the experience wasn't as good. Our move was under quoted by over $1000 which meant that our furniture was held to ransom until we made payment. Luckily we were able to cover this however, not everyone would be able to in similar circumstance. We also had items that were broken including out TV. Despite this, the uplift and drop off teams were fantastic.
Able to deliver a day early and shuffled all my boxes and furniture very quickly and effortlessly.
Very impressed with the service from Conroy. Easy pick up in Victoria thru to loading on container and shipping. Communication through the process was excellent. Delivery to my storage facility in Rangiora was timely, professional and careful. Great team effort from the people unloading.. NB As the contents have not been unpacked I am not able to inspect the condition of the wrapped furniture.
