The whole process from start to finish was made to feel easy, any questions or queries I had didn't seem a problem for the staff. When my contents were picked up, the chap was friendly and helpful. When my contents were in transit there was email communication as to where and how it was doing. I was very impressed and would definitely use Conroys again.
Amazing
The 2 guys that we had were amazing, we couldn't have been any happier. This is our first time moving in 33 years so it was a very big deal and an emotional day. We are so grateful for the service we received. Nothing was a problem for them and they made the process so easy and stress free. They were kind and respectful as well as fun to be around during the day. They were organised and worked well as a team together and were very informative and knowledgeable. Honestly we cannot recommend them enough, thank you guys for being so amazing to deal with through a significant time in our life :)

The level of customer service was very poor. They broke one of my items and blamed it on me because I packed it myself. I will never use Conroys again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone I know.

Conroys we're brilliant. Everything packed securely and professionally. Their updates on shipping and customs were regular. And their delivery from Australia to NZ took just under 2 months.Thank you Conroy!

Overall we were happy with the service and outcome. This is the second time we've used Conroy within six months. The staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing that could improve is the tracking. We received text updates and couldn't see that anything had changed. It would be good to receive updates specific to us.
I woud like to say first that the 3 men who came to move my furniture were excellent. My problem is that the truck sent was too big and while I have a double driveway, it was still not enought to fit the truck. The movers deliberated as to a solution and after an hour, it was decided to engage a van to ferrry the items to the truck, now parked down the road. This took another 20mins to arrive. I understand that there are tricky access issues in Wellington but I'm sure mine was not the worst. Are locations viewed before the pick up day? The job took about twice as long as it should have and I have been charged to full amount. I feel the first hour at least should have been discounted.

We were quite disapointed with the service provided, which was unexpected as we have used Conroys in the past and have always been very happy with the results, but on this occasion we had a lot of problems - as folllows:
Our personal belongings were damaged (see below) as a result of the movers not folllowing the proper process not by accidental damage (there were a few minor accidental damages that are not worth mentioning here). 3 movers arrived, 1 was good, 1 was a bit careless and unprofessional and 1 seemed to have low motiviation and spent a lot of time watching the other 2 working.
1. Our fridge now has a large dent in the front of it and the upright freezer a scratch on the front.
2. Our near new couch has a big black oil mark in the shape of a smile on it, it was not wrapped and was dragged accross something dirty.
3. Couches and mattresses were not wrapped as Conroys has always previously done when moving our stuff, this time nothing was wrapped.
4. Our tile floor at the entrace to our home has been marked in multiple places by a piano being dragged accross it.when it would not fit through a doorway and needed to be taken through an easier route which should have been the route used in the first instance.
We would be more than happy to show Conroy's the damage caused and would welcome your help to make this right.
