Duncan and his team were incredibly professional and took great care of our items throughout the move. There was one "accidental damage" which Duncan promptly reported to us, which we really appreciated the level of transparency.
Duncan's jokes and sense of humour did much to alleviate an otherwise stressful move.

I cannot praise Conroy Removals enough. I had anxiety about NZ Customs; about NZ Quarantine inspection and about how a huge delivery truck could access my island home. Well, EVERYTHING went totally perfectly! Each step of the way was communicated clearly, and every step of the process facilitated and executed with speed and without a hitch. The delivery guys were so considerate of me and of the unique nature of my delivery and contents. So though an exhausting time, they managed to make it a pleasurable day. Thank you so much to the Conroy team!
Recommend
The boys didn't have a dolly which makes it harder and slower for the movers to move things. I would recommend getting 3 instead of 2 movers as one of the men stayed in the truck to organise while the other mover, moved stuff. Otherwise the lads were lovely and the move went well. Have used before and been impressed both times. Would definitely recommend.

Initial communication was good but then it was terrible.
1) I was charged $456 or similar amount for crating my TV. When it was picked up, it didn't crate. Just bubble wrapped and placed it in front of the container against all other weights followed by. They crated it at your yard.!
2) My $700 worth chair is missing. Your Australian branch says it hasn't arrived, and Auckland branch says they witnessed sending it. Then where is it?
They did some follow up and then there is no further update!!
How do I refer you to my mates who want to move overseas when your employees were such irresponsible?
I need my chair back or equivalent money.
