Everything seemed fine but the only thing I could complain about is that one of my mattresses somehow got sopping wet before it was wrapped up in plastic and I wasn't informed about it.

"Efficient, affordable"
Efficient, affordable. However, this time some of my boxes got wet and some books were thus damaged. Some wheels came of a plastic trolley and were not put back and were not returned to me. Also, one of the men who collected my goods was somewhat taciturn and grizzled about having to undo the bed frame. Otherwise a good move and the other guy who delivered the goods (Australian) was courteous and less taciturn than the guy who grizzled about the bed.
