"Very pleasant"
"Loved the tip to put tea bags in the fridge and freezer"
You packed me up and moved me from Auckland, stored my furniture until I was ready and then moved me in. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and efficient. Loved the tip to put tea bags in the fridge and freezer. Everything unpacked as it left Auckland - no breakages.
"Piano dismantle was very proficient"
The crew that came were very courteous and efficient and the man in charge of the Piano dismantle was very proficient.
"too much of a hurry"
Staff were nice and friendly.
As we have discovered with all moving companies that we have used, the guys are in too much of a hurry and don't care too much for your belongings or for the property that you are living in. The guys managed to damage door frames (which needed sanding and repainting so we didn't lose any of our bond money) and mark walls. They thought it was a bit of a joke that people complain to them about touching the new paintwork in a new house...perhaps they should think about how hard people have worked to get a nice new house, why should it be wrecked by someone who doesn't give a toss. We have scuff marks down our new walls and we only let them bring 2 couches and 2 mattresses into the house!!

Thank you to Sharon Symons from the Melbourne office for coming out to Inverloch to give us an in house quote and then organising our move to New Zealand for us. Along with everyone else at Conroy, your knowledge, help and gudiance with the overall process was amazing. Our consigment arrived in excellent condition without any delays and with very prompt delivery to residence. Will defenatley use your services again. And without a doubt, will definatley be recommending your services to others! You'll have my parents on board with there move to NZ within the next 12 Months! thanks again! 
"some people deserve pay increases"
every one I delt with from beginning to the end fantastic.I did think the two people that did the packing for me in Auckland were wonderful and if I had a buisness would be happy to have them aboard,some people deserve pay increases.Thank you will need you to move me in the new year sometime.

The operators undertook their duties with a very positive attitude and worked well as a team, they were a credit to the Conroy brand.
