Very organised Customer Services, efficient and timely response to request for a quote and a great, cooperative and friendly team on the truck. Unfortunately the rather sharp phone call asking for payment spoiled it, moving day is very stressful and a gentle reminder would have been more friendly.

A very good job, with the New Zealand office excelling. A minor hiccup at the Australian end with paperwork requirements, but Daniel Kull at the Auckland office sorted out the problem admirably - he is a great asset to your team.

Will not use again.
"this one not so much!"
Our first removal in Dec went very well - this one not so much!
Firslty the communciation about pick up is poor. You dont know when the truck is coming until a few hours before. A call in the morning would help a lot.
Then the delivery - we had two light shades that were not wraped meaning they were seen in the truck - both were smahed to bits. Not just a little amount. While damage is sometimes expected to have it like this was disappointing.
Then one of the items has not been delivered - the legs off a glass table. I have contacted the person who did our quote who said the claims mamager was looking into it- but that person hasnt made contact and we havent heard anything. These legs are silver and fold flat. We dont beleive a sticker was put on the legs as initially they thought the table and legs were one.
Finally the stickes you use. These need to be changed - they are a major pain in the butt as you cannot peal them off. We have several hundred all which have to be washed or finger nailed off!!! There really is no exuse for this when removal stickers are easy to buy.
The furniture arrived with major damages. It appeared that everything had been "compressed". The boxes were squashed from the top, even the ones marked as FRAGILE.
The dryer, microwave and fridge have large dents in them. The newly refurbished dining room table has a chunk of wood broken out. Our dressing table’s drawers were broken off. At least three of the lampshades are broken. Some of the wooden ornaments are broken.
My mum’s mobility scooter must have had something dropped on it as the front guard is completely broken and the basket crushed from the top.
Not sure what happened, but very disappointed.
