Excellent move. Great service. Very professional.

Wellington guys were awesome!!! The two Scotts went out of their way to talk to me and keep me company as they packed up my house. They both have brilliant people skills and were great problem solvers.

The chch guys were very young and clearly less experienced with problem solving and people skills but were nice guys. Chch had a few hiccups and some things marked for long term storage were delivered by mistake. I called the depot to sort out the return of my fridge which didnt fit in my unit and the misdelivered boxes and the guy could do with a bit of customer service training to be honest.

Office staff were great and your online systems are easy to use. My project manager changed without me knowing at one point though. Would have been good if she had emailed to tell me she was going on leave.

Overall the quality of service was great and I was well supported during a big life change :) Thanks Fi and team 

We are very impressed with Conroy. From the friendly helpful office staff to the equally friendly llcompetent remival men, the punctual arrival of our houselot with no damage and of course the best price ee could find, the entire operation was excellent. Thankyou Conroy.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and great people to deal with. They were receptive to my needs and very helpful. The only downside was the moving guys were rough - I had my expensive hi-fi gear bubble wrapped and packed inside a roadcase. So long as it was transported right way up it would be fine and I made sure to explain this to the driver. To my dismay, when I arrived at destination I found they had stacked the roadcase on it's end causing all the contents to shift so all the weight went against the most delicate parts of the hi-fi equipment. Most of it was ok except one (expensive) amplifier which is now in the repair shop.

I have nothing but praise for the team who made the move seem effortless. From my first conversation on getting a quote, to the day my gear arrived in Napier.  The guys in Auckland who came to load my gear were polite, respectful and worked efficiently.  I was always well informed on what was happpening and when it was going to happen. I'd like to thank the team for all their efforts and would definitely use conroys again.
