"Very unfortunate move"
This second shift was not up to the standard of the first move. The young fellow was over confident and careless with our furniture, damaging two legs of a large steel table. I had to calm him down with his style of trying to lift heavy items by himself. Speed was all he knew. Very unfortunate move.

Thank you very much Conroy, we are super happy we have chosen you out of a short list of three. Very happy with up-load in Auckland, storage (3 months) and un-load in Tauranga. The two men who unloaded here in Tauranga, Colby and Snow were exceptionally good, the best we've ever had - we have moved 11 times in the past 14 years! Will be in touch re our next move...
"Conroys have been an exceptional company"
I want to pass on to you and management the excellent job the 2 removal men did for me on Saturday. They had 3 floors to contend with, a piano and 4 very heavy pieces of wooden furniture. As well as other boxes, couches and so forth.The lift was an old small one so they had to carry the large heavy solid wooden furniture up 3 flights of stairs as well as the larger couch! So please hand on my sincere thanks both to the movers and the office team I have worked with. Amazing understanding and consideration. Once again, Conroys have been an exceptional company to work with in relocating and storing my belongings.
"Over all great service"
Over all great service but sorry to say the online booking system made it really difficult for me to get a fair deal, and was actually quite time consuming. Maybe because I was seeking an hourly rate?? The guys who did the move were awesome, really friendly and hard working.

Communication and quality of service has been fantastic. Dissapointed to notice that we had items damaged and due to our items going straight into storage for a couple months, we were unable to check the remainding items for damage and by the time we do, they will no longer be covered under policy. Overall satisfisfaction, 4 out of 5.

Poor communication, slow response, slighly arrogant, slow. Have moved my entire household contents many times and this was the worst experience.

The chaps we met and who handled our stuff into our house were great. Cheerful, polite and careful, however, on unpacking our stuff we did find some damage, not much, but enough to be worth mentioning. It must have occurred during the packing in the storage unit, or when being moved from unit to transport. It looked to us as if a couple of the cartons had been either dropped or handled too roughly. The items damaged were irreplaceable (antiques) so even if we had been insured a few dollars could not have repaired or replaced the damaged goodies so would have been meaningless. Anyway I think we packed these particular boxes, twelve years ago so it could be that we are at fault. Never mind, just one of those things.
We would use Conroy again, and that is really the bottom line.

"communication between dispatcher and myself was very poor"
Although the service provided from the actual driver and his off sider was excellent, the communication between dispatcher and myself was very poor, I had no confirmation as to a day/time until the day of the uplift which didnt help me organise time at my end from my busy job and was left with 30 mins warning to make a 45min drive & literally had to drop everything and run! The dispatcher had made contact to let me know it wasnt going to happen on the day it was booked in, and then again to let me know it would be done 2 days later but was never givne a confirmed time. I understand how busy a dispatcher gets & that i was only a small piece in a big puzzle, but it really didnt help me.
"Beyond brilliant"
Beyond brilliant. I couldn't fault the shift in any way. The staff were absolute stars and and went out of their way to make the shift as good as it could be. Fast, efficient and fabulous. I would totallly use Conroys again and recommend them to everyone.
"Christchurch end was fantastic!"
Christchurch end was fantastic!......Aussie side have communicated well, but we havent had delivery yet which is a bit longer than expected and we wish to negioate the difficult access fee of $363 (we had read and understood the terms, but we are moving from a 3 bedroomed house into a small 2 bedroomed apartment on the 8 floor and can only move in half the contents, and will stow the rest in the ground floor garage until we have more suitable accommodation)

The team who arrived to manage my move were excellent. Friendly, efficient and they coped admirably with a tough 56 step hike down from my Wellington property with the contents of a three bedroomed house. The move went smoothly and the packing was very well done, right down to the individually wrapped blown lightbulb I just found!
My only feedback comment for improvement is to review the cost-effectiveness of your insurance options. I found a comparable transit policy available for $250 less than the Conroy's quoted insurance. That looks a bit like profiteering!
The men who did my move for me was nothing less than awesome! They worked quickly, and were personable and friendly and very helpful in moving things around. Moving can be stressful but these guys made it smooth and easy!
Please pass on my personal thanks to Snow and (sorry can't remember the other guys name). I need to move again (not that I plan to) I would ask specifically for them!
