Very disapointing move. Used your company in 2010 for very satisfying outcomes: reason for using again despite providing highest price quote. Packing day one was very good - Kelvin outstanding, from there all fell apart. Unlabelled cartons, pot plants packed in unmarked cartons and on top of each other then placed inside residence too many breakages of small items, both packing and unpacking crews lacked energy and sense of direction. we believe both ends of the move took longer than they should have.

As moving into smaller property emphasised to your people need for regular clearance of packaging materials. Phoned twice to arrange, second time pleeding, without responce. Called Doug who responded promptly and has had a welcome presence ever since. Want to emphasise that Doug's contribution from call in has ben excellent and appreciated.

Great friendly professional service. All slick and well organised. Excellent communication. 

Our experience with Conroys was mixed.  One of the two guys was quite simply a misery guts. I can't say I've ever come across someone that is so miserable on the job.  He struggled to say even the most simplest of greetings and ignored anything and everyone to the point of rudeness.  Clearly he does not like his job and frankly, as a client, I'd prefer he got another one.  He couldn't have moved at a slower pace and I felt sorry for his partner.  Once the truck was loaded up and we were half way to the new house we realised they had left behind the washing machine and dryer.  It appeared to come as a surprise to Chris and certainly didn't add to his mood.  Last item to be put into the new house was a substantial sized counch.  To which he very readily decided they couldn't do it without more men, next weekend.  My husband thankfully disagreed and with door removed and feet off the couch, they managed to get it in.  All in all he was seemingly very unwilling from the time he arrived.  Very dissapointing. I guess repeat business in this game doen't matter all that much as people tend to stay put for a while.  But frankly, so long as I might run the risk of having him move me again, I won't be using Conroy.

Packers were awesome and loading was very quick and effecient.  Unloading was a bit slow as one of the four guys didn't arrive with the trucks and then once one truck was unloaded another guy left.  So finished later than I would have expected or wanted.

Good bunch of guys,on our move,  more up to date Navman required as they  got lead astay some what, making arrival later but once on site made up ground, couple of things sight danage, need a little more care boys, all and all job well done .This was the second time we have used Conroy good service from office staff.
