"no damage which was great"
Due to stretched resources, once the container was unloaded, there was only one person here to unpack, assemble beds etc
Was not a big issue but meant that one guy was here quite late with quite a lot of heavy work to do
Also, would have preferred it if the packing could have been taken on the same day but this was sorted over the next couple of days
Nothing broken, no damage which was great.
Nice people, both those that delivered our stuff and those that I dealt with via email/phone etc
Would not hesitate to use again

I had excellent service all the way thru my two year storage time with Conroys, just would have liked a bit more updated news on where my shipment was towards the end of my storage, sort of got left in the dark a bit, but overall a really good experience, nothing broken in my goods.
"Communication was excellent"
Communication was excellent. Only one small breakage with a picture frame out of all our belongings..really not even worthy of mention. A box with 3 pictures was missing from delivery, but Conroys were aware of this even when we made the call to query. Nice people all of the way.
Office support was excellent
Office support was excellent. Dissappointed with the minimal staffing for the large job, could have alleviated alot of waiting and work from customer if there was a reasonable crew. Unpacked ourselves as didn't feel that comfortable with standard. Not a complaint of the crew but very different from previous experience abroad. Basic level of service offered, would not recommend for international move.
"Everything went well and to time"
Everything went well and to time. Caroline was excellent to deal with and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The Tauranga crew were very good at wrapping the valuable paintings etc and loading the truck. Here in Wellington - the destination - the crew were well prepared to deposit some things in a separate place (still on the premises). All good thanks.

3 Star Move
A brown stain was left on my light grey carpet, I presume from tilting the fridge .this mishap was not reported to me, and was discovered when I returned for a final clean up 2 days later .My low review rating was because of this incidence , which reflected on the performance of one team member only ,whose attitude the whole day was slack. The rest of the team were very good and pleasant to work with.

The move went wothout a hitch - all good - the guys were great and very helpful.
We have never paid that amount for a local removal with your company in previous moves (we have used your company for 6 moves in the last 3 or 4 years: Thames to Christchurch, Christchurch to Taradale, Taradale to Onekawa, Onekawa to Marewa and then last weekend from Marewa to Onekawa). The guys were great but the charges were too high, considering other companies are $20 less per hour and supply boxes for free.
