All very professional from the first phone call to Nicola in Napier, to Scott for the quote, pickup with driver Henry and assistant  Darcy to delivery at the other end with David the driver and his assistance to Tauranga.

Great service. 

From the australian end couldnt fault it really, the communication was great, the packers were good. My shipment arrived in port when it was meant to, after that went a bit pear shaped as delivery was an unpack as well it didnt happen the day organized it was delivered no qualms about the guys who delivered Glen and Jack were great there just wasnt time i think it was lack of communication so it was organized for next day and once again the guys were great steve and adam. i just found it to be very stressful and it shouldnt have been as thats why i chose conroy and pack and unpack. New Zealand let me down. i ended up unpacking lots of boxes myself as it was stuff i needed to use to stay in house. as a result i have injured my back so not that happy. 

Hi the overall move went exceptionally well, great staff to deal with.  The only two things that would have made the whole experience better 1) we had to wait around from early morning in Palmerston until mid afternoon for you to arrive.  It would have been good to know before we left Napier that this would happen. However the gentleman from Conroys did ring and tried to get them there as soon as he could   2) We had our fridge in the kitchen on a piece of carpet to protect the newly sanded wooden floors and this was removed off and dragged across the floors creating two long scratches in the wood which was disappointing.  

Fast efficient and I can't speak highly enough of the two amazing guys who moved our goods and did all the hard work for us. Thank you guys you deserve every cent you earn. I hope you are in line for a pay rise

This is the third time we have utilised Conroy's for removal services, the first two occasions were excellent and rated 5 star. On this occasion there was one major issue, the commencement of the pick up was 3 hours late arriving, yes the dispatcher/supervisor advised us of the delay, but, 3 hours at the start meant an extra long and stressful day! It was not helped by the fact the weather became wetter & wetter as the day went on. We were told the truck/team would arrive between 8.00 & 8.30am they actually arrived between 11.30 & 11.40am, evidently they were tasked with slipping in a job on the way to Omokoroa [our pick up] and this "turned to custard" Following my request 2 extra staff were sent to delivery address to assist with unload, we were not charged for these extra staff which was appreciated, but, we still felt disappointed by the delay.
