Nothing broken. No damage. Amazing packing. Courteous staff. Great comuncation from BOTH offices re pickup and delivery. Very impressed.

Conroys on the Australian side were awesome, absolutely great customer service from the packers to being kepted up to date with the progress of our container, then NZ side informed us of arrival etc but once inspection was done and I was advised it have been cleared etc I had to call Conroys to chase up delivery day, then on delivery day the packers were 2 hrs!!! late arriving ( I can understand being held up in traffic etc for up to an hour but 2 hrs was pretty slack with me doing the chasing up not me being updated by Conroys) the guys who unpacked our stuff were great & very efficient and friendly (Ricky & Darcey) but then arranging for the packaging to be collected I had to chase up Chris with several calls, even with leaving messages etc. When they did come the guys did a great job and thought it was a good service to collect & recycle the boxes and packaging used. All in all found Conroys great, well done and have already recommended Conroys to fellow Kiwi's returning back to NZ soon. "Thank you" Kind regards Alaina

At a very complex time in our lives, Conroy's administration team and removal crew got us through the experience with their hard work, great packing skills, co-operation and a personal interaction that gave us full confidence that our possessions would be looked after in their storage facility until we found somewhere to live.  They were back again several months later, moving us from storage to our new house and it was like greeting old friends again.  Thankyou Conroys for a stress free experience.
