"Excellent service"
Excellent service. Taylor, the packer did the whole household packing by himself. He worked hard all day with only a coule of 10 minute stops. I do think that a house of my size should have at least 2 people on duty. The movers, Tony and Neil were excellent. There were 3 minor breakages and one major breakage -- the glass on a valuable painting. I trust the repair will be covered by insurance.

The two boys that help me pack were amazing , very quick as i share the driveway at my house .

In retrospect, relating to my earlier move (Hawke's Bay to Tauranga), I found some damage to a large sculpted stone ornament (turtle) which would probably have been avoided had it been wrapped at the time of collection.
Otherwise Conroy's has been efficient, effective and staff have been willing to help on all occasions.

Staff for packing and uplifting house cotents/furniture including delivery could be increased from 2 to 3 for smoother and quicker processing.
"Needs to be more fluid"
Initial quoting response & organising good.
The followups to know what stage the process was at, was poor. Initial handover to AU fine, but then AU didn't know anything about our shipment either.Needs to be more fluid between each stage.
"The whole experience was a pleasure"
My removers, Glen and Tania were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Glen carried all my heavy boxes down two flights of outside steps to my front door whilst Tania helped me unpack. He is very strong. The whole experience was a pleasure and I thank them for a job very well done. I couldn't have been more delighted. I don't think there's anything you need to improve on. Thank you so much.
