"Worth every penny"

Overall a very good experience . staff were very polite and hardworking. could have been more efficient in packing.

We were kept well informed of progress, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the delivery crew were very efficient and helpful. Conroy and their overseas partners did a first class job, and we are extremely pleased to have used their services.

I asked for the manager Rodney to call me regarding the damaged goods. This is also highlighted on the Docket. Still waiting for a call- maybe he's on holiday?

"could not have been happier"
We could not have been happier with this move. At both ends (Palmerston North and Riwaka) the moving team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all most helpful and obliging. All of our possessions were very carefully handled, and valuable paintings and ceramics were professionally wrapped and transported.I have thanked the team leader Owen personally but I would like to have it on record that he did a fantastic job, under not always easy circumstances. Thanks again for a job very well done.
"some damage"
The people who we dealt with from quotation to delivery were great. However when our items were unpacked there was some damage. A vase that was given to me by my best friend which had "fragile" written over the packaging had a wheelbarrow placed on top of it when the final delivery truck was packed. The vase is completely broken. We've also got damage to some bedroom furniture. So although i have stated above that i would recommend conroys to others it wouldn't be without caution and telling people about the items that were damaged/broken.
"No hassle, no breakages"
Conroys were by far the most comprehensive and easy service to use for removal. The guys who came to move were polite, helpful, organised both ends of the process. No hassle, no breakages. So awesome when moving is so stressful. Highly recommend no improvements I can suggest.

Only bad thing was that the discharge began 21/2 hours late but luckily I was not on a tight timeline or otherwise it may have been an issue
"can't fault your wonderful service"
Thank you Conroy Removals ! I can't fault your wonderful service. The packers were amazing and the boys loading the truck out of a difficult site managed it beautifully. Delivery at the other end was great. Used a lot of moving companies over the years but you are the best!!!! Thank you.
"Complete joke"
Lost one carton, damaged 2 more, and the delivery crew weren't able to assist in the unpacking (which had been charged as part of the full service) because they had 'forgotten' to bring their tools. Complete joke of a service and would never use these guys again or recommend anyone to do so either.
The wife and I were both massively impressed, it was a pleasure to watch them at work. Worth every penny.
