Very pleased with your staff they did a great job nothing was a problem the day was cold and wet but they just got on with the job. This is the second time we have used Conroys and can not fault the service and the packing. We would use Conroys again for sure thanks for your great service.

This was our first time using any moving company from NZ to Australia I was impressed with your service from day 1. Caroline Watt was wonderful to deal with - super polite, approachable and explained everything really well. She was very prompt to provide all necessary documentation the moment when I asked any questions to clarify.
The person who came to remove the boxes from our place was also very friendly eventhough he was there just to carry the boxes. I personally was in Australia and he dealt with my parents. He spoke to me on the phone just to confirm something and it was really nice for someone to actually validate what he was supposed to do.
I also liked how someone from your team kept following up for pending documentation after pickup was done - subtle but not pushy or rude.
The document upload process is also seemless and its great a confirmation is also sent once any give documentation is uploaded.
Really happy with Conroy in Australia too and I have left a great feedback for them aswell.
I will happily trade with Conroy again and thank you for making our move stress-free.

"no issues"
Aside from 1 broken platic box lid, there were no issues. the gentlemen who removed the gear were courteous and efficient. the gentlemen who delivered the goods were also very efficient and respectful. overall a great experience. Slight back and forth with quotes and admin issues, but otherwise it was sorted with time to spare for a good price.
"Men arrived on time to pack"
Men arrived on time to pack, very courtious, well organised, and efficient. The following day lorry and personal arrived,loaded and packed,nothing was too much trouble,the move was only a few kilometres away,upon arrival lorry was unloaded,our boxes were stacked exactly as we requested and our furniture positioned perfectly. We sustained no damages, could not have asked for anyone as carefull with our belongings. Would hope to get the same team when we move from our rental,to our new home in 5 months time.

Only a small issue around communication - would have liked a call a few days before to organise times etc. I had to call the day before to sort this.
I really appreciate the movers coming back to sort the plant and the flexibility around the few items I missed off the list. thank you.

The guys were very flexible and helpful with solution after they found out my sofa is too large for teh staircase. In no time additional help was at my apartment and they lifted up over the balkony !. Great job Guys !!!!
"Orrsum service"
We have moved many times over the years and Conroy has provided an excellent move and would use them again and recommend them. The packing crew in Brisbane we excellent fast and efficient and the admin team keeping us in uptodate on progress etc were also excellent. Had no worries. Orrsum service
We had furniture, household goods and personal belonging moved from Qatar to Christchurch NZ. The first lot come by ship and was cleared through customs before coming to Christchurch. They were delivered to our home address and all 42 boxes were put into our garage. When emptied I rang Conroys and they came and picked up the empty boxes. The second lot were 4 unaccompained suitcases.We were notifed when they arrived in Auckland and Conroys cleared them through customs. We filled forms out here in Christchurch. Suitcase were delivered to our home with in one week of arriving in Auckland. Fiona and Lynn in Napier were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you ladies. I would use Conroys again and most certainly recommend them to others.
