Perhaps a bit more timely, late to arrive both ends... both teams worked really well, polite and careful and not one one breakage!

4 stars not 5 because of a delivery issue at the Whangaparoa end of the excercise. Our agreement stated Tuesday Oct 11 as the delivery date so my son who is employed in downtown Ak made his plans with work accordingly. Unfortunately the goods were not delivered until Wednesday 4 which caused him considerable inconvenience.which I believe he made known. With that in mind I have ticked communication and delivery. However my personal experience was fine.

The gentlemen who delivered my goods to the property in Raumati were wonderful - very polite and helpful. I am still unpacking as I am the only person in the house capable of doing so and I am still missing many items, including all of our bedding. The team that packed the house in Gisborne could have done better. I found an open salt jar which had spilled all over an entire box. Ditto a box of couscous. I found the bathroom scales in a box labeled pantry.
I have come across damages which I would like to claim on the insurance. The damages which I found prior to the team leaving on the delivery day are noted on the delivery docket. Can I please have some advice on how to do so. I am still waiting on a valuation of the glass bowl which was broken.
Scheduling was appalling
Why only 3 stars? The organising of scheduling our delivery, between the NZ head office and the Lyttelton branch, was appalling, no contact from your side - we had to do all the contacting repeatedly: 0 stars. The 3 guys in the truck that came and did the delivery were fantastic: 5 stars.

Thanks agian for the lovely team that keep us really well noticed during the period before the delivery, in regards to paperwork, boat arrival, delivery etc. Also a big thank you to the 3 awesome boys that did the deliverly at our place in Meadowbankon Monday 3rd of October. Please pass on again our thanks to them, as it went so quick, and well organised and such a great help with all the big appliences, nothing was tom uch, even entertaining the little one in between tte runs up and down the stairs.

"We are upset, sad and angry'
Hi there, we had a three men team. Two of the men Joker and Bubba were great. Joker in particular was absolutely fantastic. Were I writing a review on just Joker, I would give him 5 stars and absolutely recommend him to other people. He and Bubba were considerate, polite, respectful and thoughtful. Joker even took it upon himself to help package up our salt lamp which I really appreciated. Both Joker and Bubba were extremely professional. They handled our possessions with respect and care. They were understanding and accomodating of the fact that we had two very small children with us for the move. For example leaving the couch we were sitting on till last. They seemed highly organised and efficient. The third man did not introduce himself so I don't know his name. He was careless with our possessions. We had just purchased a new reclaimed time dining table, and he decided to get into the house over the balcony. The table was badly damaged and we are very disappointed. We had recently bought a wooden toy chest this also was badly damaged. We are upset, sad and angry. I don't know why, but the third man seemed to call the shots, the others followed his lead to an extent. I think the decision to move the table the way he did was a bad one. Were I reviewing the third man I would give him 1 star. He was however quite pleasant in manner, one time noticing that our 7 year old was crying he distracted her with a box for her. This was thoughtful and sweet and we appreciated it. I also must note that he carries huge loads, he certainly worked hard. Had our items been undamaged we would be thrilled with the move, would absolutely use you again and recommend you to all our friends. However the damage done is just to hurtful to be able to have faith in your company again. Thanks, Elizabeth
We were given very short notice of delivery, 50 minutes in the first instance which we couldn't make, which we re-scheduled for the following week. This was then changed by Conroys with 24 hours’ notice. This meant I had to change my work days and meetings twice in 5 days. We had paid for an unpacking service but because only one person was sent they did not have sufficient time to unpack anything except the three largest items. Although they were careful and experienced we didn't not feel happy that one person could handle our larger items safely which meant that my husband had to help move the larger items. Whilst the poor packing of our goods back in the UK was not Conroys fault, sending only one person probably also contributed to the damage some of our furniture received due to things being dragged rather than lifted. Then to top off a bad day the driver hit and broke two driveway light and a tree on his way out. Whilst Conroys plan to pay for fixing these, I now have to spend time finding and organising replacements. Not happy.
