From Napier, NZ to Sydney, Australia, ALL staff involved were very helpful, very professional, and always kept me up to date with the progress of our personal effects. It was such a relief not to have to worry about anything including customs and quarantine. The pick up/ delivery staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful and also informed us that our cartons/wrap will be collected as well! Amazing service! We will definitely recommend Conroy Removals to others and will use them again for sure. All of our treasures arrived safely thanks to the careful packing staff in Napier and those involved along the way. We had no damages.  Excellent value and stress free for us.  Thank you to everyone at Conroy Removals. Well done!!!

We had damage to our Dinning Table but no problem Manager Rod came around took a look at it and said no problem we will fix it and away it went to be fixed. We have used Conroy Removals approx 5 to 6 times before and would not hesitate to use them again.This is the first time we have had any damage. (  We did not take out their Insurance cover  ) So Guys a great big THANK YOU. Moving house is such a stressful time, but everything went according to plan. The boys who loaded and unloaded the container did it with great efficiency and nothing was any bother to them. I would certainly recommend Conroys to anyone else who was moving house. Communication involving times for pick up and delivery were excellent - thank you to all the staff involved with my move.

Disappointed the container was packed in so tight with not much wrapping around furniture. Some furniture had huge gouges out of the furniture because of this. A larger removal truck would have been much better. Also 2 pieces of shelving missing.

The move was pretty much effortless for us as your guys did a fantastic job packing and placing funiture and boxes where we indicated at our new address. They were very patient when we were a little undecided where to put some items. Where can you improve?.... nothing as far as we can see.
