Conroys had done a very good job when I arrived in NZ with containers from Holland and Switzerland, which is why I used them again - but it was night and day.  The packers were friendly but careless (the number of damaged boxes when unloading was striking), I didn't feel paintings and other things were treated with much care, and the truck breaking down and blocking our exit for two hours at the Auckland house didn't exactly amuse me.  But the worst was the unloading in Greytown, when the crew had no tools at all to reassemble the furniture they'd dismantled - then a second crew called two days later to do the assembly of one large piece, and again arrived without tools.  So in summary - friendly and helpful, but sloppy and unprofessional (I can't think of a nice word with respect to the lack of tools).  So no, I wouldn't risk it again.

Called 24 hours before they were due to confirm, arrived on time, both teams at either end were professional and courteous and very efficient.  No damage and all labels were accurate and indicative of content. 

This was the first time we have used a shipping company for our belongings and you made it very easy. Communication was good throughout and we needed to provide minimal input. Thank you!

The service was brilliant. The Guys made us feel relaxed and we actually enjoyed cleaning the house because they were so happy packing everything into the truck. They were extremely careful not to damage our furniture, or the walls of the house. The same goes for the Guys who delivered our furniture, very kind and helpful and careful with our property and our house. So glad we decided to go with Conroy Removals!! :-)
