Thanks so much for such an easy hassle free move. Your staff were very proffessional and so helpful. Not one item of my furniture was broken and I would like to say a big Thanks to the wondeful boys that moved us. I would recommend Conroys to anyone wanting to move. Cheers Vikki and Chris

Couldn't have asked for better. Settlement on our house was delayed considerably and this company was caring and compassionate as Well as being highly professional and doing a great job. This was our first time using a moving company and we would definanatly use this company again.

Move was good but communication lacked
I made calls to your 0800 number which went to Auckland office, and to someone in the local Tauranga office, answered by a local staff member who referred to another dept/ then a call came in from Gary, then an invoice from Sue who took my original order. It seemed as if the messages and queries weren't passed on from one to another, so maybe communication could be improved. I wasn't sure which number I was best to call, as various emails/ phone calls prior had different numbers. Maybe give customers just one place to call or contact.Overall the move went smoothly.

The guys who moved us in were really helpful, they did a great job, we have a few marks on the walls but that is to be expected given the narrow stairwells, so we thank you HEAPS! There is nothing we can't fix or sort ourselves :) Monica from Napier was extremely helpful and always put us at ease, she was clear and consice. So thank you!
"They worked really hard"
The movers were really Great Guys ! They worked really hard , were extremely quick and efficient and more importantly their whole attitude to the job was first class in all respects . Although they bought their own snacks for lunch, I zoomed down to the local shop and shouted them a gold old kiwi fish n'chip lunch ( they desrved it ! ). Our entire experience from Conroys from the very first telephone call, to the man calling to quote, to the arrival of the truck , through the packing- the- truck process, the delivery, the unloading and then the 'Goodbye Guys !" was beyond our expectations..! Thanks Conroys !!. a great job done...
We have used Conroys for house moves many times now but the latest move has resulted in very poor time management ( which we were compensated for)and damage to some of our goods which has never happened in the past. Now we have to pay the excess on furniture that was damaged due to lack of care by Conroys staff. Bit like your car insurance charging you the excess when another party has crashed into your car. Not really fair i think. It seems that the good old days of Derek Purver when 3 staff turned up to load and unload are gone and someone thinks it best to only send 2 staff and the customer helps to unload the truck. Shame to see such an organised firm go downhill.
