We used Conroy to pack and then deliver from Piha to Waipu. The packers came on Tuesday and packed everything for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were friendly, very professional and a happy group.

A group of three came the next day and got all our belongings from the house and up to the truck which was anything between 2 and 3 flights of steps and difficult to navigate because of the lay of the land and configuration of the steps. They loaded the truck and delivered and unloaded our possessions at Waipu. It was a very long day for them and they were friendly, helpful and very professional throughout.

Everthing was packed with great care and placed in cartons or protective bubble wrap. We are pleased to say that not one single solitary item was damaged or broken. 

From the web site to the person who visited and gave us the quote to the packers and the movers we have nothing but praise, and would certainly use Conroy again if we were to move.

Everything was good thanks. All goods, packed, collected and delivered in pristine condition and in a timely manner. Well done people, I'd use you again anytime.Special mention for the truck driver who delivered into Greymouth from Nelosn, keep that guy on, you're lucky to have him.

Great service with regards to quality of unloading of container and help unpacking and removing unwanted boxes. The only complaint I have is with regards to the customs department withholding part of our shipment. Somewhere along the line communication was lost between Conroy and customs. This led to our package remaining in customs possession for over 2 months with neither party knowing what to do with it. The matter was cleared up eventually but just took way too long with either side blaming each other. 

Napier born & bred, Conroys moved us to Hamilton in 1984. After further years in Auckland we had Conroys move us to Cambridge in 2014 and now finally returned us to Napier. Most recently we began with Deborah from Auckland, then packers (2 of 3 assigned to the job) and then were moved by a Napier crew of 3. We followed them to Taupo where furniture truck and us (with 2 dogs) had to take overnight accommodation as SH5 was closed due to slips and flooding. Our movers arrived about 11am at our new house in Parklands subdivision and unloaded at pace (similar to the packing and loading in Cambridge). Today Conroys picked up the first load of collapsed cartons and packing material. Everyone we have dealt with were helpful, friendly, polite, cooperative and efficiently fast. Congratulations!
