Found in the small print of the quote that I needed tp pay before the job was booked.

Since this was over public holidays I tried invain to find your bank account details on the documents sent to me to do a Direct debit.

Also could not find account details on your web site, nor a place to pay by credit card.

It wasn't until the morning of the move Nathan assisted in getting the paymemt done and getting the job allocated.

the outcome was okay,  truck arrived and items were removed and stored at your storage facility.

Great group of guys in which nothing was a problem for them  Everything arrived in great shape and they were very efficient   This is the second occasion I have used Conroys and could not be happier.

Hi.

I am very happy with the quality of service & would like to give a 5 star +++ rating however my 4 star rating is due to my disappointment in relation to damage sustained. My original instruction was for ALL furniture to be wrapped however the most fragile piece being a Chinese Weddding Chest only had card around its body with legs exposed; subsequently the damage occured to that piece only. Fortunately the missing piece was retreived from the truck & delivered to me for which I am grateful.
