All the staff are excellent in every way.
"Not impressed with our delivery"
Although, the staff that packed us were fantastic in Australia, we feel not as much care was taken in NZ. Boxes of food placed on top of glassware & fragile items. Quarintine did not retap boxes, boxes were wet & crushed. Many scratch marks on items eg. Large smart TV, where boxes were opened in Quaritine etc. Not impressed with our delivery, very sloppy, heavy items placed on lighter items, food in garage etc. The guys at Conroy office were great with their communication to us, pre delivery. Thankyou

Efficient Move
The move was efficient and the two boys worked well together. I was also sorting boxes as they moved from one storage unit to another. They worked around me and were very helpful.

Only had 2 items broken. Not packed items. Possible way was packed. Men were helpful setting up bed and desk.
Made A Stressful Day Easier
Thank you for making a stressful day much easier! Big boquets for Henry the very patient man at the end of the phone trying to sort everything for us when circumstances beyond our control messed up from the beginning, excellent communication! I wasn't there for the actual container unload but my father was very happy and said the guys were really great. If we ever need to move again, we will be moving with Conroys
