Only got a bit of confusion as some of the tags got removed from some of the items while ticking them off the checklist. I have also noted 2 items labelled as cartons that were missing but we were able to find them. We got into a bit of a mix up as stuff were being brought to the garage and onto the lounge area at the same time. There was also this 1 black toolbox that fell in the truck and got cracked. But overall, we were very happy as our stuff arrived complete and with no deformities and our expected schedules were also met. We will surely refer Conroy to our friends.

A large part of what makes a moving company a good one, and the move less stressful, is the team of people that actually do the uplift and delivery - these are the people that are actually handling your possessions during the part of the process where damage is most likely to occur. I have moved two other times previously (both inter-island) therefore had 4 different teams of people handling my things but the three people you sent to do this job trumped all of them. They were both thorough and incredibly careful. I also really appreciated how they unwrapped everything and put it in its exact spot - I have never had that service before. I forget their names sorry but they did a wonderful job :) 

I have already been spreading the word of how cost effective and simple my move from Nelson to Tauranga was.
