Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersThe inital meeting and house inspection was great but they did not check the delivery address as i requested to ensure they could get the truck down the driveway.
The hand over to Rachel who was our coordinador was seemless and easy
Payment was easy and simple and went through ok.
The wrapping team were late but once there extremly quick and efficant.
The removal team arrived introduced themselves and quickly got on with loading our furniture, But they did however drop a set of drawers and damaged another set.
I mentioned this to the delivery person who said it was cheap stuff though, this was not cheap stuff and luckly i could carry out repairs to the drawers, the other set will need a light sand and lacquor. They also left some items in the rain and were slow to cover them or move them inside, once in the garage i wiped them down.
They were friendly and happy but hard to communicate with whilst wearing headsets to listen to there music.
Overall Conroys provided a good service not excellant but good.
